Fight House Hong Kong is a Muay Thai gym. Located in between Central and Sheungwan.  Fight house first launched in 2022. With 2,100 sq ft of training space, we provide Muay Thai group classes, small group class, ladies class .

In 2023, we launched one more which is Only for Personal training . The location is just next to Group class training space. With 1600 sq ft of training space, providing Muay Thai 1 on 1 Personal Training & 1 on 1 Personal Weight-training. Modern-style changing rooms, independent showers ,lockers and towels. Everything you need is covered.

We promise to provide the Best facilities and Best trainers, helping our students to achieve their personal goals. Providing proper guidelines, training and the most up-to-date techniques when undertaking the training plan in our gym in Hong Kong.
