Fight House Hong Kong is a Muay Thai gym. We have two locations , Sheungwan and Central . 
 

  Fight house first launched in 2022. With 2100 sq ft of training space, we provide Muay Thai group classes, Sparring classes and so on .

In the coming Jan 2026 ,we are opening its doors in Central . We specialise in 1 on 1 Muay Thai training , personalised coaching to help you achieve your personal goals.

Alongside this, we offer Weight training programs designed to build functional strength and improve muscle tone . 

Modern-style changing rooms, independent showers ,lockers and towels. Everything you need is covered.
